You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• •Soulmate Matrimony reserves the right to request appropriate identity verification documents to ensure platform safety. Failure to verify may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
• •Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3. User Code of Conduct

The Platform is intended exclusively as a respectable matchmaking service. As a user, you explicitly agree NOT to:

• •Post offensive, defamatory, abusive, or obscene material on your profile or through messages.
• •Use the platform to harass, spam, or solicit money from other legitimate members.
• •Create multiple fraudulent profiles, or profiles impersonating another person.
• •Distribute malicious software or engage in any data harvesting/scraping activities on our servers.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Premium membership plans provide advanced features such as unlimited views, messaging, and priority listing. All subscription payments are final, transparent, and legally binding. Soulmate Matrimony generally does not offer refunds for utilized memberships. However, exceptions may be reviewed formally on a case-by-case basis by management if the service was not functionally delivered as stipulated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Soulmate Matrimony acts solely as a technological platform to connect families and individuals. While we conduct basic profile verifications, we do not explicitly guarantee or vouch for the absolute authenticity of user-provided information. Users must perform their own thorough verification, background checks, and due diligence before making matrimonial commitments. Soulmate Matrimony is not liable for any financial, emotional, or physical damages arising from offline interactions between members.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the fundamental right to review, suspend, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we detect a violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or behavior detrimental to the platform's trusted environment. In such cases, active premium subscription balances are permanently forfeited.
